Acceptance of terms

By using the Sponsed pre-launch website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service description

The pre-launch site provides information about Sponsed and a waitlist to be notified when the platform opens. It is not the Sponsed product itself and does not constitute an offer of service. Site content is provided for informational purposes and may change.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis. Sponsed makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of pre-launch information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsed is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, attempt to interfere with the site or its services, or submit waitlist entries for anyone other than yourself. Misuse will be addressed and entries removed.

Program-specific terms

The following program-specific terms describe benefits offered to applicants of specific Sponsed programs. Each program is subject to final program terms and counsel review:

Third-party platform integrations

Sponsed is preparing to integrate with third-party social platforms (such as TikTok and Meta / Instagram) so that creators may, at their option, connect their public-profile metrics for use within Sponsed. Use of those connected accounts on Sponsed is subject to (a) Sponsed's terms, (b) the third-party platform's applicable terms, and (c) the consent the creator gives on the platform's authentication flow. Creators may revoke a connected-account permission at any time per the Sponsed Data Deletion page.

Sponsed does not sell, rent, or trade information received from third-party platforms. Sponsed does not use the information for advertising targeting outside of the Sponsed creator-brand coordination experience.

Changes

These terms may evolve as Sponsed moves toward public launch. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated date below.

Governing law

Sponsed operates as a North Dakota LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
