These draft program terms describe the Sponsed Beta Testing Program. Beta application is not a guarantee of acceptance. The terms below are subject to final program terms and counsel review and may change before public launch.
Sponsed's beta, waitlist, perks, features, timelines, eligibility, and program terms are provisional and subject to change before any paid subscription, sponsorship transaction, creator-brand commitment, or other binding agreement. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, access, benefits, pricing, referrals, or future commercial terms.
Beta capacity
Beta testing is limited to:
- Up to 100 organizations.
- Up to 1,000 content creators.
Beta applications may be reviewed in order of receipt or by other criteria as set forth in final program terms.

- Beta application is not guaranteed acceptance.
- Applications may be reviewed, deferred, accepted, or declined at Sponsed's discretion, subject to final program terms.
- Applicants will receive a confirmation that their application was received. A confirmation that an application was received is not an account approval.
Beta tester benefits
The following perks are offered during our BETA period (January 1 – May 31, 2027) and are subject to change prior to official launch on January 1, 2027. Final terms and conditions will be presented for acceptance upon BETA launch.
Accepted beta testers receive, during the BETA testing period (January 1 – May 31, 2027; subject to final program terms):
- No subscription fees during the BETA testing period.
- 50% discount on Sponsed commission fees for brand deals completed during the BETA testing period.
- Ancillary service discounts during BETA: 50% off Compliance Monitoring, 50% off Verification Reports, and 25% off Custom Integration (10% off each in Founding Year 1).
Accepted beta testers also receive all applicable waitlist founding-member benefits — which continue after BETA for the lifetime of an active membership — described in the Waitlist Program Terms (Draft). These lifetime founder perks differ for creators and organizations; see the Waitlist Program Terms for the perks that apply to you.
Beta tester benefits are subject to final program terms.
What beta status means
- Beta admission may require additional review, eligibility verification, and acceptance.
- Beta program participation may include requests for feedback and adherence to beta program rules to be published in final program terms.
- Sponsed makes no promises regarding platform availability, sponsorship deals, brand campaigns, revenue, or financial product access during beta.
- Sponsed reserves the right to modify or end the beta program at any time with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and final program terms.
Applicants not accepted to beta
Beta applicants not accepted may remain on the general waitlist if the beta application form discloses this option at the time of application. The final disposition for applicants not accepted to beta will be set forth in final program terms.
