These draft program terms describe the benefits offered to applicants who join the Sponsed Waitlist. The terms below are subject to final program terms and counsel review and may change before public launch. Waitlist signup is not account approval. Discount and billing enforcement are not live yet.
Sponsed's beta, waitlist, perks, features, timelines, eligibility, and program terms are provisional and subject to change before any paid subscription, sponsorship transaction, creator-brand commitment, or other binding agreement. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, access, benefits, pricing, referrals, or future commercial terms.
Waitlist status is founding-member status
Being added to the Sponsed waitlist automatically grants you waitlist founder status and the founding-member perks below for the lifetime of your membership (as long as your account remains active). Waitlist founder perks are not a consolation — founders are locked in at our best rates. All perks are subject to final program terms and counsel review.
Creator waitlist founder perks (lifetime)
- 10% off Sponsed commission fees for your first 12 active months. Your commission-discount clock begins when the platform launches on June 1, 2027. Subject to final program terms.
- Sponsed Reward Points — coming soon (goodwill; value and mechanics to be determined; no cash value; subject to future program rules).
- Referral benefit: a $100 commission rebate off your next brand deal for every 5 creators you refer who each complete a brand deal of $500 or more. Subject to final program terms and a program cap.
- Lifetime Creator Premium Subscription rate-lock — coming soon: when the Creator Premium Subscription launches, your initial launch rate is locked for life while you remain an active member. Future; contingent on that product launching.
- 1% Creator Premium Subscription discount per 5 active paying creator referrals — coming soon. Future; contingent on the Creator Premium Subscription launching.
Organization / brand waitlist founder perks (lifetime)
- Lifetime subscription rate-lock — your subscription rate is immune to future Sponsed price increases while your account remains continuously subscribed. Subject to final program terms; more than 3 months inactive may remove the rate-lock.
- Referral benefit: a 1% additional subscription discount for every 5 active paying referrals attributed to your referral code. Subject to final program terms and a program cap.
- Sponsed Reward Points — coming soon (goodwill; no cash value; subject to future program rules).

- Waitlist signup is not account approval.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee future account access.
- Benefits described here will be applied only as set forth in final program terms after public launch.
- Sponsed reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and final program terms.
